Our Fax machine is always on 24 Hrs. a day, 365 days a year. To ensure your order goes out quickly and correctly, be sure to include all necessary information about your vehicle and the parts you're ordering (i.e., part #s, oversize of pistons, bearings, rings, etc.) Please include your return fax # as well as a phone # in case we need to contact you. Oh, and PLEASE print clearly.

If you prefer to mail in your order, simply fill out one of the order forms in the back of our catalog, or print out our Web order form after you've filled it out. Be sure to provide all vehicle information as well as a phone number where we may contact you if necessary. Choose a method of payment (see payment options) and include it with your order. Foreign Orders (818) 678-3000
All foreign orders including APO & FPO require full payment in advance in the form of credit card, cashier's check, money order, etc. in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, including shipping charges. We will refund any overpayment. Orders placed to be shipped outside the U.S will be shipped surface post or surface freight, the most economical way at our discretion, unless otherwise specified. All orders too large or heavy for post will be shipped surface freight. We also offer Air Post, Air Freight and UPS International services. We recommend contacting our sales department to determine which shipping method will be best for your order. Sorry we do not ship Transmissions, Headers, or Exhaust Systems outside the U.S.

To our California customers please note that the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order. Those customers mailing payment in full to avoid COD charges should be sure to include the correct amount.

Credit Cards
We're happy to accept the above listed major credit cards as payment for all types of orders. When using your card be sure to provide the credit card number, type of card and expiration date. We will also require the exact cardholder address for authorization purposes. Credit Card orders will only be shipped to the cardholder's address, or verified place of employment.
Checks / Money Orders
We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and certified checks in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks. Personal checks will delay shipment of your order until the check clears the bank. Personal checks which do not have name, address, account # and check # imprinted on the check will not be accepted. For your safety please DO NOT SEND CASH.
C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery)
We can ship most UPS orders COD (Collect On Delivery). There will be a $10.95 (per box) fee charged by UPS on all COD orders. Drivers will accept CASHIER'S CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS only (made payable to PAW). NO CASH. COD shipments must have a deliverable address. Sorry we cannot ship COD to a PO Box.

UPS Ground
*FREE SHIPPING* UPS ground service is available on most orders under 150 lbs shipped in the Continental U.S. (48 states). There is No Charge for shipping on these orders; however, all orders will be charged a $10.95 handling fee. The map above shows approximate delivery time for these orders in working days. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Blue Label 2nd Day Air.
UPS Blue 2nd Day Air
UPS Blue Label Second Day Air will provide delivery of your order 2 working days from the date of shipment. Blue Label orders will be charged a $10.95 handling fee in addition to appropriate shipping charges. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped Blue Label only unless other arrangements are made in advance.
UPS Red Next Day Air
UPS Red Label provides Next Day Delivery of your order placed before 3:00 PM PT. These orders must be prepaid and are subject to appropriate rates charged by UPS in addition to a $10.95 handling fee. Note: Next Day and Saturday Delivery is not available in all areas. Check with us to be sure. NO CODs on Red Labels.
UPS Expedited
Federal Express
We can ship your order Federal Express if you prefer. These orders must be prepaid and include the customer's Fed Exp. Account #. NO COD ON FEDERAL EXPRESS. These orders must be received by 1:00 PM PT and will be charged a $10.95 handling fee. Freight charges will be billed to customer's FedEx Account Number.
US Postal Service
We ship most overseas orders through the Postal System unless otherwise specified. Orders to be shipped Post must be prepaid, including postal charges, and will be charged a $10.95 handling fee. We offer surface post as standard shipping and air post for those customers who need their parts sooner. Post orders are subject to size and weight restrictions set forth by the postal system.
Truck Freight
Items in this catalog which show the Truck Freight symbol are too large or too heavy for UPS and will be shipped by common carrier. All truck freight shipments must be prepaid and will be charged our standard $10.95 handling fee. All short block and long block kits will be charged a $25.00 crate & pallet fee. Freight charges will be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your salesperson for additional information regarding delivery times and estimated costs.
Sea / Air Freight
Items to be shipped out of the country which are either too large or too heavy for post or which show the symbol will be shipped surface freight or air freight at the customer's request. Air & Sea Freight shipments must be prepaid including shipping charges as well as our standard $10.95 handling fee. Duties and customs charges must be paid upon receipt, where applicable.

Back Orders (818) 678-3000
In order to ship your parts as quickly as possible it may be necessary to back order an item(s) until shipments from our manufacturers arrive. We will ship all back orders as soon as possible. Back orders will not be canceled unless notification is received by our Customer Service Department.
Returns (818) 678-3000
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain an authorization. We will accept returns for refund or exchange for a period of 30 days from the date of your invoice. Special orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS from date of invoice. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any return merchandise. All returns (except warranty) must be new and unused in original packaging including all parts and printed matter. Package your return carefully and securely to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure to mark your return authorization #, invoice # and return address clearly on the outside of the box. Be sure to include a brief note informing us why you are returning the item and action to be taken (i.e. exchange, refund, credit, etc.) Return items should be shipped regular ground service only, unless otherwise instructed, and authorized by our Customer Service Dept. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department. Do not ship your return by bus lines. Do not ship your return COD. All returns must be prepaid freight. PAW is not responsible for shipping or freight charges on return merchandise. SHIPPING DAMAGE. Be sure to note any obvious damage to the carrier at time of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported to PAW and to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt goods. DEFECTS. For warranty information or to return defective merchandise please contact the Customer Service Department for authorization. SPECIAL ORDERS. Special order and custom made parts are NOT returnable. NOTE: Any item returned without authorization will be "Refused".
Warranty
Merchandise is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's own terms of warranty. All defective merchandise must be returned subject to inspection by the manufacturer before any claim can be made.
Purchase Warning
Engine Modifications & Emission Warnings Many areas have State and Local, as well as Federal laws, restricting the removal or modification of any type of factory installed emission device or system, for use on public streets or highways. In California, the sale or installation of any device on emission controlled vehicles not approved by the State Air Resources Board which alters or modifies the original design or performance of such vehicles' emission control system is prohibited. Many parts listed and offered for sale in this catalog are designed and intended only for use in modified vehicles for Off-Highway applications; no other applications are intended for the following items. Racing Pistons and any other pistons which alter an engine's compression ratio from that advertised by the original equipment manufacturer. Performance Camshafts & Kits Valves which have head diameters larger than the standard original equipment replacement items. Carburetors, Manifolds and Distributors of any kind which are not original equipment replacement items.
50 States Street Legal
Throughout our catalog we have labeled certain parts with the 50 States Street Legal symbol. This indicates that the manufacturer has provided us with information indicating that these parts have either received an E.O. # or been considered exempt from requiring an E.O. # to be considered legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles. These E.O. #s pertain to very specific applications only in order to be valid for your application. Consult a PAW Tech Representative for details concerning parts. PAW assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of this information and suggests contacting the manufacturer directly for specific information regarding the individual product in question.
Modified vehicles that are not used on public streets and highways may be exempt from Street and Local emission control laws and regulations. Check for such applicable laws.
